Competences
The Direction des ressources humaines:
- Ensures fair treatment of staff members in compliance with laws and rules of order.
- Develops and monitors the human resources budget.
- Advises and supports the directorates of the instances and services in the management of their personnel, in particular in matters of recruitment, development of skills and training, management of conflicts and delicate situations and occupational health.
- Develops and provides managers with human resources management processes and tools.
Organization
The Direction des ressources humaines, led by the Director of human resources, organizes its activities into three areas of expertise:
- The HR management of the instances and services of the Judiciary Power, composed of 3 HR officers and 3 HR managers
- The training sector, managed by a training officer and her assistant
- The finance sector, headed by a manager and his assistant
