  • Only postal mail or the electronic transmission in the sense of art. 110 para. 2 CPP guarantee that your submission will be taken into consideration by the Public Prosecutor's Office.
     
  • Your e-mail must be accompanied by a scanned, signed letter in the form of an attachment, stating the reasons for sending it, as well as any useful attachments in the form of pdf/scans.
     
  • No communication contained in the e-mail itself will be taken into consideration.
     
  • Any indications of urgency will have no effect on the processing of your submission.
     
  • The e-mails are only reviewed during working hours.
     
  • Sending an e-mail does not allow you to obtain information.
