Greffe des pièces à conviction

The Greffe des pièces à conviction is the authority responsible for the management and storage of evidence collected in the course of criminal proceedings and entrusted to it together with an inventory drawn up by the police or the criminal authority.
It is also responsible for the enforcement of criminal decisions as regards to the fate of the exhibits at the end of the proceedings.
