The Direction des systèmes d'information:

• Develops and implements an overall information systems policy in line with the Judiciary Power's strategic plan and the federal dematerialization project Justitia4.0.
• Ensures the correct use and enrichment of the Judiciary Power's information systems, as well as the enhancement of the information they carry.
• Ensures the quality and security of the information systems.
• Provides expertise and advice in the field of new information technologies.
• Manages the Judiciary Power's information systems projects.
• Develops, maintains, deploys and operates the Judiciary Power's IT applications.
• Provides assistance, support, training and coordination of IT/office correspondents, to enable proper use of information systems and IT resources by staff (magistrates and civil servants).

The Direction des systèmes d'information is made up of the Director and 3 sector managers, each in charge of a department:

Studies and Projects

• Study of the needs of the judicial authorities, support directorates and governance
• Design of IT solutions
• Realization of solutions in the form of a project

Development and Operations

• Technical design of solutions
• Realization of the applications
• Application deployment and operations

Assistance and Support

• Assistance and support to users
• Account and access management
   

A group of experts completes the management team:

• The senior project manager: in charge of the dematerialization project of justice
• The functional architect: guarantor of the controlled development of the information systems according to the IS strategy
• The technical architect: guarantor of the good design of the IS and their operation and maintenance
• The data architect: guarantees the proper structuring of data for judicial procedures
• The information systems security manager: guarantees the implementation of the security policy
